Laura Colvin and Bryce Bornemeier, both of Denver, are planning a Sept. 20, 2008, wedding at Beautiful Savior Lutheran Church in North Platte.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Don and Marcia Colvin of North Platte. She is a graduate of Hershey High School, and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Lincoln. She is a registered nurse at Exempla Good Samaritan Medical Center.

The future groom is the son of Gary and Shirley Bornemeier of Elmwood. He is a graduate of Elmwood-Murdock High School, and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Distribution from the University of Nebraska at Kearney. He is a contractor sales representative with Builders Warehouse.
